Deborah
Andrews-Children’s Ministry
Assistant
Deborah
Andrews was born and raised in Coatesville,
Pennsylvania. She was raised under
the Godly influence of her father,
who was a pastor for most of her life,
and a mother who was also passionate
about her faith in Christ. The influence
they had on Deborah and her three
siblings, caused her to make a decision
at the age of 8 years old to accept
Jesus Christ as her Savior. She has
had a heart to serve the Lord since
that time and to follow the burden
God has given her to tell others of
His saving grace.
Deborah
has had a tremendous amount of experience
with children’s ministry, starting
from the young age of 12. Deborah’s
focus and drive in life is to see
children come to know Christ as their
personal Savior. Through the years
Deborah has realized that many people
are willing or gifted by God to teach
or be helpers. However, she also noticed
that not many people have been given
the desire and gift of administration
that God has given to her. This God-given
ability has enabled her to help ministries
move forward with greater effectiveness.
God placed on her heart to train,
and administrate adults and teens,
so that the gospel would go out in
a more effective way, reaching far
more than one person could physically
do. She worked with Child Evangelism
Fellowship, Open Air Campaigners,
and helped to start an urban Church
in SW Philadelphia, with her husband
and three other couples from Liberty
University in 1986-2003. Deborah and
Ralph have three teenagers Luke ,
Sarah, and Philip, who serve the body
of believers according to the gifts
God has given them.
Out
of work, Deborah loves to hang out
with her family.
