The dance benefits more than one:

• It benefits God, who takes delight in His people (Ps149)

• It benefits us, as we can give appropriate expression to that which is within us. God is creative, and He has made us to be creative. Dance draws on this creativity.

• It benefits those who watch, speaking to their hearts as "deep calls unto deep . . . "  perhaps in a way which words could never do. In the Scriptures, many times God spoke to the people through visual aids.

We are a visual people and many times can receive a message more fully and accurately through pictures and images.

In this way, also, the Pastor’s message may be emphasized and reinforced.
